Cancellation policy

SUBSCRIPTIONS

When you choose a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method at the frequency shown at checkout. Your order summary displays the subscription price, discount, and any applicable shipping charges and taxes.

Your subscription continues until canceled. You may cancel, pause, or skip an upcoming order through the Manage subscription link in your subscription emails. Make changes before your next scheduled charge to prevent that renewal from processing.

Canceling stops future renewals but does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been charged. If an order has already processed, contact hello@txnedef.com as soon as possible. We’ll review whether changes are still possible. Returns and refunds are handled under our Return and Refund Policy, subject to applicable law.

Any introductory gifts or promotions are subject to the eligibility terms shown with the offer. They are not included with every recurring shipment unless expressly stated.

One-time purchases do not renew automatically.
